10CRIC takes steps towards monitoring user transactions for terrorist financing and/or money laundering activities. The account may be deactivated if suspicious activity is noted.
10CRIC cannot be utilized by its users for illegal activities which include abuse of funds, money laundering, and even terrorism funding. Violation leads to instant account disabling and retention of funds.
10CRIC reserves the right to report suspicious users and their activities to relevant authorities and financial institutions if necessary.
Users are required to submit accurate details of their identity which could be a passport ID or utility bill showing one’s address. Evidence of ownership of payment methods may be additionally required.
Users may be required to submit documents substantiating the available funds such as payslips or other bank documents.
10CRIC may also require further documents which include a picture of the client with an ID or an idea of a notary. Until this verification is completed, there is a possibility of limitations to the account.
By accepting the Terms supplied by 10CRIC, account users give up their rights to identity and fund verification as a measure to promote security and compliance.
With this Policy, it is made certain that 10CRIC does not violate regulations concerning anti-money laundering AML and counter-terrorism financing CTF and at the same time insulates the platform and the users from being exposed to risk associated with financial
crimes.
